At Metal Sawing Technology our blade welding department is supported by five welding machines including two Ideal computerized models to ensure top quality welds.
 
Our saw blade line includes both Simonds International Bandsaw blades and our own Private label line imported from Germany these two blade lines provide blades designed to suit a wide range of sawing applications.

Bandsaw Blade Weld Shop
Metal Sawing Technology has a goal of producing the most consistent, highest quality bandsw blade weld possible. In order to do this we are continually upgrading our welding equipment and training our weld ship personel. We have the capacity to weld bandsaw blades from 1/8" width to 3 1/8" width.
