Our blade welding department is supported by five welding machines including two Ideal computerized models to ensure top quality welds and we back up our cutting edge equipment with the expertise to accommodate all your Sawing needs. Our saw blade line includes both our own Private label line imported from Germany and Simonds International Bandsaw blades these two blade lines provide blades specifically designed to suit a wide range of sawing applications. We only sell products from the leading manufacturers in the business as well as our own line of bandsaw replacement parts.

 

In addition to this, we also sell and recondition sawing machines of all kinds and are usually the only place to get those "impossible to find" parts for your older saws.

 

New Bandsaw sales at Metal Sawing are encompass both the Trajan line of Horizontal band saws and Hem Saw Production bandsaws. Metal Sawing Technology has been A Top Hem Saw dealer for years and promote the HemSaw and Trajan lines. Trajan Bandsaw Works provides 11 different models of utility and job shop bandsaws in manual and semi-automatic versions. Hem Saw provided over 50 models of bandsaws in Dual column, Pivot style, Vertical, Plate and Miter cutting models in manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic and computer controlled models. Metal Sawing Techonolgy, Inc now has a complete CNC machine shop and manufactures our "Black Iron" after market replacement parts for most brands of bandsaws. We now product carbide blade guides, band wheels, transmission gears and parts, vise parts and many, many other parts as well as belts and bearings that fit most saws.
